Charity Raffle raises £225 for Rewilding Britain

In October 2021, here at Heron Drums, we held a charity raffle to support a cause dear to our hearts. We're delighted to share the story of our Charity Raffle, where we successfully raised an impressive £225 for Rewilding Britain.

At the core of this effort was a special prize - a complete Samhain Smudging Pack, thoughtfully compiled to offer a spiritual and grounding experience. The pack included a Cast Iron Cauldron, a bag of California White Sage, a bag of Mugwort, a bag of Juniper, a bag of Pine Resin, a Scallop Shell with Stand, and two Tubes of Charcoal.

We reached out to our Heron Drums community, through our social media channels, for your input on which charity to support. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and together, we decided to stand in solidarity with Rewilding Britain.

Rewilding Britain is a charity whose mission closely aligns with our core values. They are dedicated to addressing the urgent climate crisis and extinction crisis, fostering a reconnection between people and the natural world, and supporting the prosperity of communities. We have consistently supported this cause through regular donations, and we were thrilled to raise funds for them through our Charity Raffle.

With your enthusiastic support, our Charity Raffle became a resounding success. We raised a total of £225 for Rewilding Britain, a sum that goes far beyond its numerical value. It symbolizes our shared commitment to creating a better, more sustainable world. Every contribution made through this raffle is a valuable step toward addressing the pressing environmental challenges of our time.

Here at Heron Drums, we take immense pride in being part of a community that shares our passion for nature and conservation. Together, we're making a tangible difference, not just through the sacred medicine tools we create but also through events like our Charity Raffle. We extend our heartfelt thanks for your unwavering support and for standing with us in our mission to protect and preserve our beautiful planet.
